One of our recent projects, the Nature Knots Resort in Nrithyagrama, Hesarghatta, Bangalore, presented both challenges and opportunities that allowed us to showcase our expertise in roofing installations. CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT
The Nature Knots Resort required a comprehensive roofing solution to enhance both the aesthetics and functionality of its structures. The project involved the supply and installation of Oakridge Super Shingles on 30mm PUF Insulated Panels, covering a total area of 25,000 square feet. The scope of work also included additional tasks such as the installation of a PVC false ceiling, fabrication of support purlins, and installation of an uPVC gutter system.
WHAT WE DID
One of the standout aspects of this project was our approach to waterproofing and sealing the PUF Insulated Panels. By integrating advanced materials like the PU55 Grade Polyurethane Sealant and Unvulcanised White Rubber Butyl Tape with Aluminum Mesh Foil, we were able to provide a durable, water-tight roofing system that could withstand the harsh weather conditions typical of Bangalore’s monsoon season.
